Terms of Service
Last updated: April 8, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CourtOps ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CourtOps is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform that helps tennis academies and sports clubs manage scheduling, clients, players, coaching, and billing operations.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Upload malicious code or content
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. Each tenant's data is logically isolated and accessible only to authorized users within that tenant.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
7. Payment Terms
Paid features are billed according to the plan selected at signup or as subsequently agreed. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourtOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
